Booking questions
Before you book.
Do I need to book, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome when a technician is free. Booking ahead is the safer choice on weekends and for the VIP nail room. You can book online in a minute, and you choose your service and time there.
How long does a gel manicure take?
Allow about 1 hour and 40 minutes for a Premium Gel Polish manicure or pedicure at Lavande. That includes cleaning, the gel application and aftercare. Nail art and removal of an old set add time, so mention them when you book.
Is there a fee to remove my old gel or polish?
Removal starts at ₱200, depending on what is on your nails. Tell us when you book if you are arriving with gel, builder gel or extensions, so your technician has the time set aside.
Can I book the VIP nail room?
Yes. The VIP nail room is a private room with cream recliners, available on request for any nail service. Ask for it when you book, and book ahead on weekends because there is only one.
Where is Lavande Nails & Café?
On the 2nd floor of Manila Bankers Prosperity Tower, 110 Legazpi Street, Legazpi Village, Makati City. It is open Tuesday to Sunday from 10 AM to 8 PM and closed on Mondays.
