This website is operated by AIHU GROUP OPC, trading as Lavande Nails & Café, 2F, Manila Bankers Prosperity Tower, 110 Legazpi St., Legazpi Village, Makati City 1229, Philippines. This notice explains what we collect here and why, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What this website collects

We measure how the site is used: which pages are opened, which buttons are pressed and how fast pages load. This measurement does not use cookies and does not store your name, email address or phone number. We use it to find and fix pages that are slow or confusing.

Booking

Online booking is handled by Fresha, a separate booking service. When you press Book online, you leave this website. The details you enter there, such as your name, phone number and appointment, are collected by Fresha under its own privacy policy and shared with us so we can prepare for your visit.

When you contact us

If you call, email or message us on Instagram, we use what you send only to reply and to arrange your appointment. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the businesses that help us run bookings and this website.

Photographs

We do not publish photographs that identify a guest, and we do not name or tag guests.

Your rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to lavandenailscafe@gmail.com and we will answer within 15 working days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
